Life Skills: In the Kitchen

“Teaching functional life skills is essential when working with our students. This product aims to make that easy and fun! Included you will find the following:

-Interactive Adapted Book – Answer questions and match pictures.
-Picture Scenes: What’s the Difference – Describe differences using basic concept words (open, close, on, off, top, beside).
-Barrier Game – Following directions, giving directions, deductive reasoning, vocabulary, sentence formation, auditory memory, story telling, and basic concepts.
-No Prep Worksheets – Identify functions and answer “What” questions.

-Expressive Language: Target item identification/naming, descriptions, sequencing, describing, and bathroom specific vocabulary.
-Receptive Language: Target following directions, prepositions, basic concepts, picture matching, and identifying differences.
