No Prep Social Skills

“This product is a no-prep packet to aid in targeting social skills. It is meant to serve as a supplement when teaching social skills. In addition to teaching feelings/emotions, politeness, initiating and maintaining conversation, and perspective taking, these worksheets may aid in carryover and a generalization of skills outside the classroom. My goal is for this product is to make your life easier. That is why I made it no-prep. Keep these worksheets in a binder and just make copies, as you need them.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll get with this download:

Pages 4-17: Lessons 1-5; Identifying Emotions. Use these lessons to teach what emotions look, sound, and feel like.
Pages 18-22: Lessons 6-10; Politeness. Use these lessons to teach polite words, how to use our manners, and generalize these skills throughout different environments.
Pages 23-24: Lessons 11-12; Initiating Conversations. Use these lessons to identify conversation starters. Teach how to initiate asking questions and making comments.
Pages 25-28: Lessons 13-16; Topic Maintenance. Use these lessons to identify, match, and generate on topic comments or questions during a conversation.
Pages 29-32: Lessons 17-20; Perspective Taking. Use these lessons to teach theory of mind. Match feelings, emotions, and generate independent responses on how a person would feel in certain situations.
